How long will it take to get our Wedding Album?

The timeline for receiving your wedding album can also depend on the final photo selection made by the client. Your active participation in the selection process helps ensure your album perfectly encapsulates your special day.

Do you do destination weddings? What additional fees are associated with destination weddings?

Indeed, we specialize in capturing destination weddings. However, please note that clients are responsible for covering accommodation and transportation expenses associated with the destination wedding.

While we may not always meet in person, we are more than happy to arrange virtual meetings or phone consultations at your convenience. How do we book you for our wedding?

We've streamlined the process for your convenience. Just send us an email and Whatsapp with the event or occasion details, including location, dates, venue, and the estimated size of your gathering. Upon receiving your email and Whatsapp, we'll promptly get in touch with you to discuss and provide you with a detailed cost estimate.

Why delay in Service?

The optimal solution occurs when the client receives the photos; however, a high volume of images can lead to delays in their response in final photo selection, affecting our workflow. To address this, we recommend assigning a company representative to assist in the photo selection process.Another potential cause of delays arises when payment is delayed by the client, which in turn hampers our ability to proceed with the delivery and may impact our expenses positively.

Delay in response to queries can occur due to various factors, including high inquiry volumes during peak wedding seasons, detailed responses that require time for consideration, or the need to ensure accurate and personalized information. A 25% initial payment initiates the booking process, allowing us to secure your special dates and begin preparations for your event. We also welcome the option of an in-person meeting at our office or clients location to discuss your arrangements and preferences further.
